If you are targeting only US customers the check out part is fine but if you are also targeting Canadian customers? Make sure that once the customer enters their billing information Name, Address, Province and country and they click on the option (billing address is the same as shipping) all the information transfers correctly.. there was a problem with the information transferring.  I dont know if they fixed that bug for everyone but I differently lost lots of sales  before I discovered it.</description>

		<description>I had my shopping cart with interspise for almost 3 years now.  I dont know about the others but this is what I think about them..... their cart is user friendly and very easy to understand also SEO friendly.  but here is the catch!! their customer service sucks, once you sign up you have 12 months of customer support and free upgrades (which you really need because they update their product often from the many bugs they have which really sucks)  which cost me more each time I contacted my web design team to fix.  after the 12 month are over your on your own unless you buy another service package from them... I landed on this page because I am opening a new online site and looking for a different shopping cart to use.  same user friendly user panel but with less freaking bugs.. if anyone knows of such a shopping cart please let me know..

		<description>I would advise strongly against going with Interspire. Like others have said, the software is great, but the support is extremely bad. In other words, if anything breaks, you&#039;re screwed.

We upgraded from the Shopping Cart Starter Edition to the Professional Edition ($995) just over a month ago. Because this would also involve a software update, we paid Interspire to do to do the upgrading ($199). This seemed a &quot;safe bet&quot;.

Since then there have been a bunch of PHP errors preventing the system from functioning properly: certain values are not being passed into the MySQL database. This means that order information doesn&#039;t show up and customers don&#039;t receive download-links. Essentially all orders have to be handled manually.

For some reason I cannot get Interspire to resolve the errors they themselves created. What I can get is an extremely slow &quot;tech support&quot; who never really answer your questions and mostly manifests itself as mindless drones.

This has been going on for a month now. I&#039;d estimate about $10,000 in lost sales. Obviously I&#039;m looking for alternatives, but I&#039;m stunned that Interspire seems to have no qualms about this.</description>
