"I’ve been using AbleCommerce for many years and find it to be one of the best written applications available at any price. AbleCommerce has been in business for over a decade and it’s nice to know I’m dealing with a company that’s going to be around.
For a new project I was tasked to review other shopping carts just to be sure we are offering the best solution and I found the coding in other leading Asp.Net products inferior to that of AbleCommerce. The AbleCommerce database schema is second to none!
The search engine friendly store URL’s give us consistently high rankings in the search engines without having to maintain a separate static set of site content.
The help documentation is well written and easily accessible. The AbleCommerce user forums has an active and helpful user community, which has been a big help to me.

"My company has been developing and hosting AbleCommerce sites for over 5 years. With over 100 sites and after working with other inferior carts we have chosen to exclusively host and develop AbleCommerce ecommerce websites. We have worked with many other programs and have found AbleCommerce to be the most feature rich and highest value for dollars spent of any other program. I talk to prospective clients every week and after a demonstration of the product I hear the same thing repeatedly, “all of those features are included, I don’t have to pay extra for any of them?” It is fast and easy for a small one man shop to use but is also highly customizable for large companies with expanded needs or back office requirements. There have been virtually no modifications we have been asked to do that couldn't be done in an AbleCommerce store, the flexibility is second to none.
We have sites doing several million dollars in online sales. SEO consultants we work with and all like working on AbleCommerce sites. As a smaller company support is very important to us. AbleCommerce has one of the best help sites we have seen that is very closely tied to their user forums, another great resource for us and our clients. I would say over half of my developers questions are quickly answered after a quick search on the AbleCommerce forums where you find a very active user group. I would highly recommend this cart for anyone contemplating an online venture or needing to move off of an inferior system. You won't be disappointed.

"I have to say this is one of the finest shopping carts available! AbleCommerce has several editions of this fascinating shopping cart, I am using the ASP.NET edition for my Windows server operating system. We switched to AbleCommerce after being misled by both StoreFront and BVCommerce and realizing how poor those carts were, thankfully we were pointed to AbleCommerce and have loved it ever since.
AbleCommerce offers so many features such as QuickBooks synchronization, integration with real time shipping services, tax services, and allows you to easily add your own payment gateways (nearly 70 are already supported), e-mail systems, all with their masterfully designed plug-in framework. This is one of the only shopping cart solutions that offers product kitting, just like you see when buying a computer online allowing you to choose options for your purchase and then a final price is calculated. An outstanding use of Warehouses makes drop ship handling a dream and the overall ease of use of managing your store with the outstanding admin area really makes this a fun piece of software to use to make your business shine. When customers shop at your online store, they know you are serious about business when they experience the 10 years of experience AbleCommerce has invested in this shopping cart solution.

This cart has an MSDN-like online help. There is also a good partner community. Extensive reporting, excellent information on abandoned carts, and sophisticated features such as shipping from multiple warehouses make this a cart to add to the short list of anyone serious about e-commerce. |
