"Wow, the features for this product are great. it is not the easiest to learn, but for the price and feature set and FULL source code, it saved my ass on a couple projects. I was never stuck, and could always tweak the code to do anything our client, who was VERY picky needed. With other carts I've tried, this would have been several thousands of dollars in mods that I would have had to pay THEM for, instead of paying myself. Thanks ASPDNSF. Keep up the good work."

"ASPDNSF is by far the best shopping cart I've ever seen. Those of you saying negative words about it may not truly understand what ASPDNSF is!!! The best thing about it is EASY TO USE! It offers many useful features a small business needs to do eCommerce online! Through the ADMIN site you can customize your online presence by turn on/off over 300 features without modifying a single line of code. If you only want to sell 5 products, you can buy ASPNDSF standard version. If you have 50,000 products to sell internationally then you should buy ML version. ASPDNSF is the best return on investment."

"After spending $1400 on 'that other cart, which we trashed because it was a bad joke' and demo-ing more than a dozen shopping carts so we didn't make the same mistake twice, we purchased this one. I have to say that if you are looking for a cart that has features which are only available from development companies charging $50,000, this is the one. Built on MS SQL 2005, .net 2.0, using a patent-pending XML/XSL rendering engine, this is state-of-the-art. Source code for VB and C# are included. It has all the features we needed to create an incredible, dynamic and engaging customer-friendly site, including product configurations (kitting) and product 'packs,'built in polls, the ability to allow customers to choose whether to register to checkout, swatch color image changing, photo galleries that your customers can participate in, gift registry, wish list, tell a friend, reviews, subscription based content, and so many more features, some of them absolutely unique. They have gift certificates in beta right now. They are working to complete an integration with an incredible ERP product that allows us small merchants to employ tools and techniquest that the big companies have, to truly compete on a bit better playing field. How many times have you wished you had something better than Quickbooks to run your business? Well, with this cart and that ERP system, you can do it right.

"We moved our web store from another shopping cart to ASPDotNetStoreFront about Aug ‘05. We considered this dissension long and hard before going through the pain of moving our 6K item store to a new shopping cart package, but after making the move we have found the decision to be one of the best moves we ever have made.
From my experience this is the most customizable package, on both the front and back end, of any cart available with out spending thousands of dollars. The support for both standard and custom futures is excellent. Google also seems to love the site maps. Just the increase in Google indexed traffic has more than paid for the license.

"We initially purchased the storefront back in March of 2005 and for the better part of a year have seen what it can accomplish and compare it to other available packages / and code (you get the complete source code). I don’t want this review to sound like a sales pitch, but ASPDOTNETSTOREFRONT is by far a great example of a robust and highly extensible application. XML / C# / VB.NET / ASP.NET 2.0 / SQL 2005 (to name a few) are some of the up-to-date technologies that are being utilized to render the apps strong performance and robustness. Compared to other storefronts on the market, you will be hard pressed to find such a full-featured app at a great price with no monthly fees. Fully and infinitely customizable aspects of this ASP.NET application (in both C# and VB.NET) gives you complete control either directly through the source code, or through the admin control panel. While there is room for growth and development, you never feel as though the software has reached a plateau. The development team continually rises to the challenge of delivering new versions, builds, add-ons and enhancements on a very regular basis…not just access to BETA software but ALPHA builds for you to familiarize yourself with before the app is launched as well. Community supported forums always turns the gears in continued development and discussion at all levels of the storefront. Just my 2 cents. 5/5"

"For the naysayers out there, get real! This is one of the best tools on the market and you get the source code to boot! I am but a small biz man, know enough SQL to be dangerous, with ASPDNSF, I am safe as I dont need to know how to code! It is all done for me by Rob and the Boys there! Try having the 'others' listen to your needs and then put revisions out to give YOU what you want! WON'T HAPPEN! I have been there. Great tools, great app, you cant go wrong!"

"This is the best shopping cart on the market. After reviewing a dozen products, we found products in the $15,000+ range that didn't do half of what ASP.net Storefront does. Their support, customization and assistance has made all the difference in the world. We're very sorry if competitors knock it down, maybe if they just improved their software they wouldn't have to do such things! Remember, no storefront package is out of the box for any business. "We've made tons of money using this applications. Having used several other carts and systems, ASPDotNetStoreFront is by far the best. We started selling on the Internet in 1999 and struggled through the early shopping cart, security certificate, back-end systems troubles on our own. We then tried a few other systems and had little success. Finally we got on to a winning system in 2004 with ASPDotNetStorFront. Most shopping carts will build a store for you. But other systems don't take into account Internet marketing, email marketing, mailing list management, search engine optimization, bulk discounts, customer rewards, and much more, but all of this is included for FREE with ASPDotNetStoreFront. "I have reviewed quite a number of e-store web apps and was quite satisfied with ASPDotNetStoreFront. I have abandoned DNN for ASPDotNetStoreFront! This e-store app is just much more stable than all other products out there. Customization may be a little confusing at first but once you learn more about the source code, there's nothing you can't do with ASPDotNetStoreFront! I would highly recommend this product to everyone!"

"This was the first store, http://www.pdaxxstore.com, for me to develop so naturally i did a LOT of tire kicking. Trial after trail was litering my server and one stuck out amoung them, AspDotNetStorefront. Out of the zip file it was running in 10 minutes. I've read some of the reviews here and can say i dont agree. The software is VERY flexible and "scaleable" yet intuitive. The staff has always been responsive to my inquiries and i probably shouldnt say this but Rob even made a small change for me in functionallity to suit my needs. Bottom Line, If i had to choose again, i would make the same decision! I will continue to upgrade and grow with AspDotNetStorefront. "

"For the price, you can beat the built-in features of this cart. Any shortcomings in the software are made up for by the responsive staff, who actually care about the carts that are deployed, doing everything they can to keep their customers happy. We've used it for five separate projects and are working on number six!"

"I have been using this product for 6 month and it keeps getting better every month. It has gone from good to great under this period. Working on both ASP.NET 1.1 and 2.0. Their XMLPackage for the store is great feature and makes it easy to customize the layout and integrate your own functions.
I give this product a 4 of 5 beacuse of the admin area. But I know that they are working on updating this part as well. But even with a 4 of 5 this cart is the best there is for that price. (even if you compare with cart´s that cost 3-4 times this is still the best cart I have tested).

"I've spent five months trying to get my ASPDNSF site to work. They have a major issue of some sort with PayPalPro and I'm getting bounced back and forth between ASPDNSF tech support and my web host's tech support (which was the host recommended by ASPDNSF). Their tech support is lame. I'm a developer, so I hate to see what the average small business owner has to do to get this working. I even enlisted the aid of one of their approved consulting firms and they couldn't figure out why the site won't work. I'm not saying anyone else will have my particular issue, but be aware that their tech support does little to help you resolve problems. Seems like it's only a couple of guys doing the support and they're probably overworked."

"I am a ASP.NEt developer and asked a simple question about the DB schema for a particular table and got the follwoing reply back:
"We don't provide that type of information on the DB or the code. We don't do any kind of information hiding or anything in the DB, it's all accessible, you should be able to look at the table and the code and get the info you need."
Gee thanks - We paid close to $1,000 for the package and them we pay for ongoing tech support and this is what I get?!?!"

"This is a good cart, as long as you don't have too many needs or questions. I've been using Pro and Now ML versions for about 18 months. Once you start to press the features, it gets complicated very quickly and the support has not been very good. During initial setup, we had many problems communicating with our merchant bank, expecially on refunds. I'm in the middle of an upgrade, and it's going so poorly, I'm reading reviews for other shopping carts!"

"This cart functions fairly well, once you get it up and running, but don't expect easy upgrades or changes!
I've been using this ASPDontnetStoreFront for over two years - started with the Pro version 5.x and set it up to run our store. Took about 3 months to work out issues with Chase Paymentech and to establish a few basic reports and exports which it lacked.
This winter, we upgraded to ML version 7.x - took more than 3 months and required support from a dedicated programmer and an outside consulting firm.
Now, just a few months later, they've advised me they have a major security breach in the software and advise me to upgrade with patch. They won't provide any support to help integrate this fix, and directed me back to an oustide developer - probably looking at several thousand dollars.
Bottom line - Unless you have adequate internal support to handle the upkeep of this cart, it's not going to pay off in the long run. I've invested quite a lot of time and money into the cart and now I have to shop for a simpler solution.
As a very experienced user, I can't reccomend this cart."
