"I have had excellent results with the Avetti eCommerce solution since 2007. The app has been LIVE for four years and has been reliable.
We have customized the product somewhat over time and you definitely do need to test features before enabling them but this seems pretty understandable to me since the system is code driven and customizable. I have found it very flexible to solve a wide range of B2B and B2C business requirements.
Avetti development services are reliable and friendly and definitely know the product well."

"Developers from various parts of the world develop (without version control) this unstable application without using best practices. The result is a poor user experience, horrible API for developers, and a mix-bag of tricks to try and get a working application. This is the product out of the box. The support team will nickle-and-dime you (and take their time) fixing their own bugs. You'll probably run out of money before you can start on a budget for new features."

"Basic features of the product work fine. But the product is not stable and has a very steep learning curve. This is compounded with the product documented poorly and Avetti expects to be paid to fix the bugs in the product. Most funny thing is, we even had to pay for support to test the cart before we purchased it."
