"After the upgrade from 6.2 to 6.4 (we had no choice, huge security flaws, had to pay for upgrade to protect ourselves) to get everything back to 'normal' it cost us almost 1k in development costs and we're still finding bugs every day.
If it wasn't for cre loaded manager actually helping a little with the management of the products we would have given up awhile ago.
Bottom line is we're still running it, but we hope to be off of CRE loaded within the next year or so."

"compared to the others i have tried this was the best of the 6.
creloaded is built on OScommerce/zen cart, but almost unreconisable from its roots. has been refined with a wysiwyg editor and polished layout.
module install is easy.
three versions though, the community edition is free and lacks some features. but nothing really important.
the templates are easy to edit. the coding is clear and the overall template layout is good.
userbase is large so the support on the forums is good. if you want CRE Loaded to give support, you will need to buy a license.
the only thing that i really do not like about CRE loaded are the side boxes. you cannot remove them from all pages. the categories is either on all pages, or none. and cannot change it without recoding large potions of php.
other than that, its the best of the bunch that i tried.
the free one has google ads below the footer of the site. which cre loaded dont like you removing. but its opensource and there for you to edit how you wish. each version they move the google ad code it seems."

"CRE Loaded's customer service team was extremely rude and the complete opposite of professional. I was prepared to purchase a huge quantity of licenses from them and they decided to just shoo me away. In the best interest of future customers, i am preparing to file for an investigation of fraudulent activity. I can accept that everyone has their own views, so i only suggest that if you do business with that company, proceed at your own risk."

"The last version 6.2.13 and 6.2.14 are great. We integrated it with different osCommerce modules and with SEOURL's and it's Google friendly and easy to instll and maintain yourself. Love it!"

"CRE contains many security holes. Their company frequently inserts affiliate programs to make them profit directly into the cart code. Basic supply chain management functionality as well as content management are severely lacking in the core code base. Consider a different solution altogether."
