"Tier2 customer support lacks timeliness. Cart32 is a cheap alternative for a small business not caring for the layout/functionality/time but their tech support have limited knowledge and the development team is pretty tied up.
Not sure if it's bang for the buck anymore!! I had rather pay extra $$ and get good tech support to meet the business needs.

"Cart32 is a great cart if you only ship to the U.S. It is very "tweekable" and their customer support is pretty good. (Love the Christian hold music) However, if you need Real time UPS/Fedex shipping calculated in your cart, forget it. But it is one of the least expensive options out there, so maybe you get what you pay for. Im not complaining..."
