"ClearCart has given us a fully-functioning web site with a custom look for hundreds of dollars, that would have cost us thousands with a web developer. It has also been easy: I’m not very computer-savvy, yet filled in all of the blanks and got the site up and running in a short time. ClearCart was very service-oriented and helpful, answering emails in minutes, not hours.
The site is also very scalable and feature-rich. We won’t use all of its capabilities at first,
but appreciate that they’ll be there when we grow to the point that we can use them.

"A nice streamlined cart with a big feature hole -- no inventory tracking per product option. What good is inventory tracking if you can't (for example) track your small blue shirts from your medium blue shirts?"

"Love it! I found ClearCart to be a very intuitive and useful tool for managing an eCommerce website. There are lots of options in the administrative console that can seem overwhelming, but after only a few minutes working in the admin console I began to understand the navigation and could tell that a lot of thought went into the design of this merchant tool. The web based support is some of the best I have worked with. You get a response to an email within minutes, not hours or days. I would defiantly recommend this Cart to other companies seeking and eCommerce solution."

"Clear Cart has been a godsend for my company. I had gone through 3 webmasters in three years, and none were worth their salt. My business was growing, but my website was not. Broken links, unweildy backend programming, and inferior design work was becoming an embarrassing face for my fledgling business.
With Clear Cart, I have been able to advance my business with a 50% growth per month.
My site looks professional, and is exceptionally easy to manage.
My staff can update pricing, add new products, and create new pages within minutes. The customer service that I receive from Clear Cart is beyond anything that I've ever experienced previously. When I have a problem, I receive an e-mail within hours of my request. I don't have to resort to impersonal trouble tickets, and problems are solved within a business day, two at the most.
The breathtaking design and user friendly navigation are yet more bonuses. Custom work has been reasonably priced, and has enabled me to create shopping systems that work for my particular customer base.

"I'm no Web developer or programmer and the ClearCart shopping cart system has worked perfectly for me. I personally loaded all the logos, text and products very quickly and easily. Emily has also always been there whenever I've had a question. I've used other carts in the past that were much more cumbersome, much less intuitive and cost several times as much. For only $750, you ought to buy two of 'em and give one to a friend! I highly recommend this product."

"We chose ClearCart primarily for its sophisticated design, its customizing abilities, and its ease of use. We manufacture and produce artistic stationery products and the appearance of our e-commerce site is of paramount importance in presenting the image of our company and our products in a “design sensitive” way. We wanted to make some appearance and formatting changes and Emily made those changes perfectly and quickly. I was very impressed with her attentiveness and her quick understanding of our objectives. "ClearCart has provided me with more than just a nice way to present my products. As a work at home mother with a retail cloth diaper business (www.mommacommuneboutique.com), it has also presented me with the most valuable of features. It saves me time and energy. The easy interface was both attractive and intuitive right out of the box. Unlike the several other carts I'd used previously, I didn't have to spend hours coding and tweaking to give it the look, feel, and function that I desired, both for myself and for the end user. The myriad features built into the cart have provided me with a number of great time-saving features, ranging from automated postal interface features that cut hours off of my package preparation time to a wide range of report features that allow me to analyze my inventory, my sales, and what I'm doing right and wrong with the marketing of my products. Also, the cart has been exemplary as far as storing and exporting the data I need to my accounting software, again giving me more time to spend with my son, and to explore new ways to help my business expand.
Finally, the technical service end of the cart has been phenomenal, timely, and on point. Unlike my experiences with previous carts, when something went wrong, or I had an issue I needed resolved quickly, the staff handled it efficiently and quickly to keep my site up and running at full speed.

"ClearCart is an excellent product with even better service and support. Prior to converting to ClearCart we struggled for weeks with a cart that would not do what we needed. In a matter of hours we were able to convert our site and started building our product catalog. Since we launched our site we've received many excellent comments from our customers regard the ease of use and the administration interface makes managing our customer orders and inquiries very simple.
In terms of giving our company a competitive edge, one feature has been extremely beneficial. ClearCart allows you to set 3 wholesale price levels that can be assigned down to a specific customer. Pricing products can become very complex for a wholesale company that’s also selling retail. ClearCart adds another dimension that allows us to solve this problem very effectively.
Bottom line here is that the ClearCart staff has created an excellent product and is committed to continuous improvement. They really listen to their customers and proactively ensure you are delighted with the product and support.

"I spent 3 months looking at various carts to host our new e-commerce website ( http://www.ipPhoneShack.com ) before deciding on ClearCart. Working with the team was like a breath of fresh air - not only did they understand the business-related issues behind running a quality e-commerce store, but they were attentive to the small details, both from a design and a programming perspective. They were extremely flexible and our team worked seamlessly with their team through the whole process. I have no doubt that I chose the right product; it's hard to find a cart that looks so beautiful,while still having the attention to workflow that we need to keep our productivity high. ipPhoneShack.com is a technically-biased website (we sell IP-Telephony products including phones, PBX's and related software such as QueueMetrics) but we want to attract non-technical customers, so the site needed to be extremely attractive and non-threatening while at the same time providing enough content to be useful to our technically-savvy customers. We were able to achieve this using ClearCart. "We've been online since 1997 and, as our company has grown, the need for a sophisticated cart system has been difficult to find until we discovered Clear Cart.
Here's what our clients are saying about Clear Cart:
1. They love the login feature. It saves time when coming back to reorder products.

ClearCart is based on PinnacleCart with a series of enhancements, bug fixes, usability improvements - basically taking a good product and polishing it till it shines. They also have a hosted version of the cart for a monthly fee. |
