"As a relatively new company, I have nothing but rave reviews for CV3. Although we had a lot of marketing experience, we did never had our own shopping cart to manage/design. After being put with a great team at CV3, we were off to a good start. They have been very helpful. I have always received information back from customer service within 24hrs. When I did have a problem early on, I spoke with the owner, Nathan, and it was quickly resolved. There is a lot of flexibility and only a couple of things that we can't do that in a perfect world we would like to have. However, they are constantly updating their systems or can help you figure out work arounds. Honestly, I can't say anything bad about CV3, however, MOM (Dydacomp Mail Order Mgr) is another story all together! Don't get MOM. Do research and find another system. I don't know anyone that is happy with it. Highly recommend CV3. If you have very specific needs then make them known up front and be sure they can be met. Good Luck. jennifer - Simon & Co. "

"We have been using CommerceV3 for almost 6 years with MOM 5 first and now MOM 7. We moved to it from Sitelink and couldn't be happier. The integration with MOM is good, download of orders is no more diffiult than Sitelink. Product loading is more of a chore but the features and shear number of options of what you can do to customize each SKU is wonderful. We have done 2 complete revampings of our website while on CV3 and have been able to add virtually all new features we have wanted with out much trouble. The templates can be changed to look and feel how ever you want. We have been able to self code most of our own customizations and when time or lack of expertise has prevented us from self coding the techs at CV3 have been fast efficient and reasonably priced. The core runtime stuff like credit card security, database management, etc is locked and unchangeable by the user, which I see as a plus. I would rather have someone who lives and breaths E-commerce security and database management maintaining that stuff versus myself. Changes to this area happen at regular intervals and seem to add functionality faster than we have been able to use. For the price they are bargain and the customer service can't be beat in my experience."

"We use CV3 with our MOM 6.x product. I have to say, I'm not impressed. We were using another product from one of their competitors before, which gave us full control over PHP and all the FTP access we needed. Someone here thought that CV3 was better because it "looked nicer". Now we're completely stuck with a system that does not do the following:
1. Does not allow you to change the checkout process or customize the code base in anyway.
2. Customer service, although sometimes responsive, can be behind the curve on things. For example, we asked about adding the ability to do some Ajax on the pages to make the responsiveness of our site better, they seemed to be clueless.
3. The MOM integration was barely adequate. In fact, we ended up going to the API itself directly because they couldn't get sitelink data working right.
Bottom line: If you're a person who needs a shopping cart thats turn key and don't need to do anything special, CV3 is fine (although, I would argue that Volusion or Shopify is a better choice), but if you need any control over the site and get the code. Or need really good integration with MOM - AVOID!"

"Could not agree with Brandon more. It takes hours to determine that you cannot find what you need in the interface, then days waiting on tech support. Comapny has had recent severe outages. SEO is NOT possible with this platform. There is no documentation and tech support has no clue. Run Faster! I am currently stuck with this product and am actively seeking a replacement."

"I'm a web designer and CommerceV3 is confusing. If you like to dig around for hours to change one simple thing, or pay someone like me to do the same then I would recommend it. Otherwise there are much, much better ways to spend your money. I would run away from CommerceV3...as fast as you can."
