"I have been using GoECart for nearly a year. This is my third ecommerce platfom in the last 8 years, so when I chose GoECart, I did my due diligence. I did not want to go through ecommerce platform migration again anytime soon.

Easy to use CMS
SEO Friendly
Excellent Customer and Tech Support
Areas of Improvement:
GoECart is not for the most price sensitive folks
They will do any customizations you request but it's their team who would do this, which makes sense since GoECart is a hosted SaaS Ecommerce Platform.

"This is the worst ecommerce solution that you will ever find. Seven year old bad code, patched up, doomed to fail. I spent a small fortune & lost my job due to this bad excuse for a company. Now there are only three Indians left working out of a shoe closet. NO SUPPORT at all. Cart crashes on a regular basis. 666.666 uptime!!! DO NOT EVEN THINK OF THIS MESS!!! -10 stars."

"I signed up for an annual GoECart plan. The guy on the phone said this included a 30-day trial. After 30 days, I found the cart sucks! Customizing the look and feel is terrible. Look at the other sites using the cart. I called back to get a refund and the call was routed to India. The guy said I cannot give you a refund. I said let me talk to your boss. He wouldn't give me a refund either. I called my CC company and they gave me the money right away and opened a dispute. They ended up getting a chargeback. Stay away!"

"Goecart is a poor excuse for a shopping cart. They make claims that are big lies. Total lies and charge outrageous fees for a simple shopping cart that you can get from storefront or volusion. They charged me to make changes to "their cart" and just forgot about me for months and months. They still did not do the work & the cart has so many bugs that they make you pay to fix.
Stay away from this one."
