"SalesCart is everything you need for your Online ordering and checkout needs. I am using SalesCart for my online customers as well as my P.O.S in the store. They also have SSL, hosting and merchant services. The staff is always ready to help and are quite knowledgable."

"Very disappointing! Many bugs that the staff can not figure out eg. times out a lot, sometimes won't charge shipping, sometimes will appear to process order, but then there is no order, sometimes leaves a blank date etc. Customers often call that they have problems ordering, and I always get the same message from the staff - these are sporadic incidences that we can't do anything about! But they happen a couple plus times a week, which is too much in my opinion. I don't like that the title and subtitle for each page are always the same, does not offer gift certificate NO SHIPPING CHARGE feature.Hosting with Comcity has been really hard, as there have been so many problems and so much down time that it has really affected my business negatively - huge drop in sales. ALL-in-all this has been a very frustrating decision for me. Have been with them for 2 years, spend a lot of money to design my site and now am looking for a better cart."

"This cart is without a doubt the worst solution I ahve ever worked with. The client went with the Pro SQL version. Out of the box, the product does not even provide for a dynamic product database. A programmer must go through the task of creating this from a script and then attempt to figure out how to get the cart to work with the data-driven catalog. There is little or no documentation for how this works. I am a 10 hr plus software engineer and I was able to finally get the thing to work with some custom code. Forget about getting their payment gateways to work at all! I had to customize that by downloading the api from the gateway source. Using my code, it worked fine.
The cost of the SQL Pro version was $600. I have reviewed other product and we have elected to request a refund for this product and switch to ProdyctCart. ProductCart has everything under the sun for about the same price - including fully integrated shipping!
I wish we would have seen the ProductCart solution before spending hours trying to use SalesCart."
