"I bought from them the best version. 5 days and no single answer for couple of my questions.The only answer was that they do answer in 24 hours. Finally when I send e-mail that I am going cancel in 24 hours if I am not going receive their answers they suddenly came alive. I did cancel anyway since there is no back up feature. I think it might be good piece of software with better customer support and if they add ability to import/export product from Excel. "

"We use the Pro version; not the free version as some reviewer mentioned.
The free version has insufficient security in place and leaves itself open to exploits, the Pro version however is way superior and this I rate a confident 10/10"
