"I called five times and left a message before someone finally called me back. The lady had absolutely no clue what was going on. Her response to every question was, "That's a fair question!" "You have to call support for that!" Lady, is it or is it not a feature on in cart. Yes or no would do. How can someone be a sales rep and not know your product. I'm over it!"
