I replied that this was a time sensitive issue, and I did not have a forum account, and they still continued to not answer my question, and instead replied with instructions on how to create a forum account. It is not my job to write their FAQ or documentation for them. "

"Smith Cart offers a lot in terms of functionality and is the best we have found for DNN but when it comes to their after sales service, we have been extremely dissatisfied.
There is a contact telephone number but when you call it; goes to voicemail.
If Smith Consulting were giving their cart module away for free, then I would say it is only fair that they charge the support fees they are asking.
If however you are selling a cart for $199 which does not work, you cannot then charge an additional $200 for something that's not working in the first place.
The module's html and css is also very badly written and could do with a stripped down version so that developers can add their own CSS from scratch rather than having to overwrite the cart's CSS.
All in all, a great product but it needs a lot more work to make it worth the $199 asking price."

"Smith Cart is simple to configure but is powerful enough to handle my business with our large product catalog. Smith Cart has all the major payment gateways built in and has fantastic support. "
