"Where to begin. Bugs which they can never fix, repairs which they never make. from day 1 nothing but problems and un kept promises.. poorly written
missing all the features any business would need.
poor sku capabilities, tax reporting which does not work properly, extremley slow in searching and or generating any type of report or customer info thru there tools. stay away... bad bad bad.
we have had it 3 years and they have never fixed anything they said they would and then shake you down for more money when its there bugs causing the problems....."

"This product is so overpriced for what you get. You only get the bare bones and is very buggy. We paid a fortune for add-ons and support. It DOES NOT CONNECT TO QUICKBOOKS as stated, very incompetent support, no RMA capabilities. Absolutely every question you ask, you have to pay before you get an answer. Spend your money elsewhere."

"The price tag is deceiving. It is more like 50K & they have very few "name" clients. Big surprise!!
A dinosaur for sure. Much better carts for a lot less $$$ They are an arrogant bunch."
