"After four painful days I've given up on this product. It does look good and in the brief period I got it working I thought the admin interface was very good. BUT I could not login to admin, despite hours fiddling with php files and hosts files. It might be down to my setup - building the site locally with MAMP Pro on a new OS X box, but given the number of posts on the forum about this problem I figure there is something deeply wrong with the cart itself. And as others point out, the online help pages don't qualify for half a star. Written in english, lots of it makes no sense. Now using this site to finf an alternative."

"this is the second free shopping cart reviewed here that i have tried.
they boast they won 2nd runner up at the 2010 open source ecommerce awards.
the admin is very good. though i encountered a bug and couldnt change the language definitions.
the front end has nice templates that are relatively easy to get to grips with with minimal php knowledge.
their support however, is appaling. barely active forum, and their website tends to go down several times a day.
extension support is not very good due to the lack of userbase.
their shopping cart checkout is terrible. no consistency and altering it i found too much work - as i would have almost had to rewrite it all.
overall i wouldnt recommend it. it may use the latest code and standards and superficially looks good. when you get underneath the surface its a pain and there are better solutions out there."

"This is very promising! But it's not even close yet. The program is still very buggy, and things don't necessarily happen the way that you think they should. This is due, I believe, in part to this being a Chinese product. Another by-product of it being Chinese is that there is a fair amount of poorly-translated words (Engrish) throughout the website. Finally, there is nearly a complete lack of usable support on the web for this brand-new shopping cart package. What support does exist is nearly impossible to decipher, and usually not on something that you really need help with -- like photos being uploaded and showing 0KB in size. I'm going to be keeping my eye on this, but it's not ready yet."
