"Since Tradingeye has been taken over, I have been using their ecommerce platform for my online tackle shop, I cant believe the support I received from them, my ticket was answered in under 10 minutes, Great Work guys keep up the good work and support times. "I recommended this to a client years ago and implemented it.
What a mistake!! Any real help costs ££££ and free support might as well be non existent. Look at their site and find the promised forums if you need to find out for yourself."

"the worst quality customer server i have ever experienced, takes nearly 2 weeks for support to get their backsides into gear. Hacked a few times, very unreliable host. A generally aweful product. Keep well away."

"Currenty undergoing serious security issues so our site has been hacked several times in the last week.
Support is poor and unhelpful and the previously good community forum has been replaced by a heavily moderated company blog.
Expensive, badly coded and with very poor support. I would give this no stars if there was the option.

"Really poor. Very restrictive from a retailer's point of view. Many straightforward features are unavailable. It takes hours if not days to change product categories and pricing. Exports to Google incorrectly. Support is appalling. Very importantly, it really struggles with PCI DSS compliance. Only positive point is that it seems to be good at SEO, but really, it's best avoided."
