"I'd probably give VPASP a 4.5. It's a great cart, with almost all of the features I need. Additional customisations are easily integrated and design, with a bit of effort, can be completely changed. It does lose points for poor CSS integration, but in recent versions this has improved significantly and the next version is expected to complete the migration to complete CSS support."

"The cart definately has some good features, but if you are looking to customize its a real pain. No coding standards have been followed, code doesn't use proper indentation so it's extremely hard to read. The html also uses long outdated FONT tags and so on. Also ASP is now old technology and a real pain to work with once you've worked with something better like ASP.NET."

"I have used VP-ASP for over a year. I started with 5.50 and now are on version 6.08. I am not asp savvy and was able to customize the cart.
I like all the dynamic aspects of the cart as well as the multiple add-ons that can enhance customer experience and administration.
VP-ASP Deluxe is packed full of all the features you would need: Wish List, Gift Registry, Affiliate Program, Bulk Imports.
My only bad comment is that I am not happy with the look of the online page Product Features and add to cart buttons. I had to had code the look of the product pages to make the product options, quantity box and add to cart button look symetrical.
One last note: Customer Support was great. Although there is no telephone number their E-Mail Support Team is great. They were able to answer any question or problem with a workable solution within 24 hours."

"I would probably give this a 4.5. It's a great cart, the features are second to none. My two main objections is the administration is a bit cryptic & tricky at times, and the skinning isn't as easy as others I've seen. However, features for dollars, it's possibly the best out there."
