"I first purchased X-Cart Pro 12 months ago for AU$650. The past twelve months would have to be the most frustrating experience of my 35 years as a professional senior level manager. Qualiteam's software is riddled with default issues and bug errors. I have paid for one update and received one at no charge (which is now obsolete) because of numerous problems. I am still trying to resolve errors with my web site and have had to purchase 2100 technical points to pay for their technical support (300 points costs = $175). Every update has had more software problems. Their CTO Yury Zaystev offers no customer support or satisfaction. His standard comment to complaints is - You buy X-Cart on an "as is" basis and "please refer to their terms and conditions" which states that there is no warranty. Don't buy it! "

"Feature laden and one of the few good php/mysql sites out there, I want to like it more than I do. The reason it gets dinged is that so many good features are only available as separately purchased add-ons."

"X-Cart is definitely one of the most comprehensive carts out there. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the skinning. The default skin is pretty good, but if you want to make major changes, you'll need to have your wits about you."
