"Sounded great, got the cart installed with everything working, but needed CommerceBuddy to complete install. Downloaded it, but it doesn't work AT ALL!! I receive a major "process failed" error where I am told to contact the company, which is completely IMPOSSIBLE. There is NO support what-so-ever other than the online documentation, which is no help. No wonder it's free, it's completely useless."
