"This is by far the best shopping cart available for DNN.(& I have tried most of them) . Designed for the developer, it is fully customizable and skinable (also offers option to purchase with source code) . In addition , out of the box it is full featured. It takes time to learn and to setup, but this is only because of the high number of features available. Is broken down in to separate modules, so you can set up the way that works best on your site. Strong attributes customization and options as well as shipping calculator integration and payment processor integration.
You wont find another store with this much functionality at this price point.
Designed for the developer who needs a robust shopping cart they can customize. Not designed for the "why can't I just push a button and have it all work" types. You need to take the time to learn this product and you will find that it is extremely powerful."

"Potentially a great product if it had the support and documentation it reqiured. To have a cart with this many options, capabilities and be this customisable with little to no comprehensible documentation to support it is a crime."

"I purchased Catalook last December and did quite a bit of research before
purchasing to make sure it had the capabilities I was looking for. I even
emailed their sales department to let them know my skill set but was assured if I ws to have problems I could email support for help. Now I'm strugging through this program and have read the manual over and over but ready to jump ship. Problem is the user manual was first written in German than translated to English and the manual makes no sense. Customer service is also in Germany and it has became clear that either they don't care or they don't understand my questions. So frustrating to study so hard and still no ecommerce site. Emailing support for help was useless because they rarely answer your question, no matter how specific you get, and only refer you to the manual. Price is very reasonable and I had heard they used to have awesome customer service but that has not been my experience. If your skill set is beginner to intermiate your going to waste lots of time. Thumbs Down on this product due to the manual instructions and lack of customer service.

"It was a breeze to implement, it can be daunting to configure with all the possible options, and skinning is not as easy as it should be, but it is very good value for money."

"Whilst the features of this product seem to appear enticing I found the documentation, particularly as it relates to skinning to be unstatisfactory.
I am sorry to say that it is almost certainly likely to be a waste of money. Haven't been able to get any support other than to refer to the manual.

"Great cart--chuck full of features. It would get a 5 with improved documentation (no screen shots, many items have confusing names, perhaps TOO many options!)
Easy to skin, easy to set up, good support."
