"For the 5th year in a row (at least) Fasttransact takes monies from my business bank account arbitrarily with an annual fee that has never been approved nor stated in any contract. I have voiced my concerns verbally and in writing every year and this continues to happen. I am annually promised that it will not happen again. I do not feel that this is at all legal that Fasttransact just takes monies out of my account without permission. To date there has been no action taken to correct this annual problem although they do acknowledge that yes this is a problem. I say try another Merchant. "

"FastTransact is absolutely horrible. They don't advertise this, but they charge a $50 fee for not doing enough business. My sales in September were $329.87 and they charge $112.68 in fees. I am cancelling them and going to PayPal Virtual Terminal. I do not recommend them to anyone. Furthermore, they attach a 'fine-print' three year agreement and charge you a $200 fee for cancelling if you are not happy with the service. They basically market to small business and then bend them over a barrel. If you are smart, use a larger company like PayPal or Authorize.Net that has a good reputation. FastTransact advertises lower fees, but they hit you with so many non-disclosed add-on fees it's a very bad deal for the merchant. I hope GoDaddy realizes what they are doing to small business and stops promoting them."
