"Started using their service, then once I started processing they never paid out, so I asked what was going on, and they told me I had to earn enough money in processing to cover any risk of chargebacks. I was told I would have to wait at least 6 months after each charge I processed to receive my funds, so I cancelled my account and now it is more than 8 months later and I am still trying to get the money from a few charges I processed using their service. I was scheduled to receive the money I processed using their service October 15, 2010. Each time I contact them for answers they respond by saying, "yes, you are scheduled to receive your payout this week". I asked them to provide me the details of the wire transfer they supposedly made to my business account and got a brush off answer "that they will send them to me as soon as they receive them"...Well it is now 11 days later and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous. I have never worked with a processor that refuses to payout funds that belong to the merchant.
I cannot recommend this processor to any company. They are way too complicated to deal with and I have the impression that they are dishonest. Something fishy is going on now that I am supposed to receive those funds I have patiently waited more than 8 months for.
I am being ripped off!"

This is a very good gateway. It provides Address Verification Service. It has a very good online, real-time reporting facility. It also has foreign language order pages, which comes with language templates. It is compatible with large number of affiliate programs and shopping carts. MultiCards provide excellent 24 x 7 free support. It also supports 'Verified by Visa' and 'MasterCard Secure Code'. |
