"I've used Americart with a number of sites for years and have been very pleased with their product. Their customer support is excellent. The system is easy to learn and integrate into your site, as long as you have a good understanding of HTML. They are one of the oldest hosted cart systems around, but are not resting on their laurels. They continue to improve the system. The area that is lacking most in my opinion, is the ability to customize the checkout appearance and lack of integration with the front-side of the site. All in all, it is a solid service and I would recommend it to all web designers not needing a client manageable product system. "

"I have managed and upgraded one of the highest converting product web sites in the world since 1998. http://www.Suspenders.com and www.Holdup.com use their remote hosted Americart shopping cart processing over 740,000 orders without fail. No hassles like with other domain hosted carts like ocCommerce,ZenCart, and every other crappy free cart thta relies upon buggy 3rd party mods and vulnerable to hacker attacks.
Modify your static HTML or .Asp .php pages and just add in the Americart "place in cart" button/form anywhere you desire. The look & feel are up to you and their quick checkout function reports sales to Google Analytics, supports PayPal and Google Checkout and you never have to upgrade your cart for any new feature updates.
Their online cart admin and order admin area is simple too.
The static HTML pages with Americart buy now" buttons is a SEO dream and so simple the site owner is going to try out another design/webmaster service with gamble on the Avactis cart. Good lucj with that as I backup the existing site for a hosting DNS changeover. Can revert back to original Americart powered cart site converting at a 1 sale per 15 visitors ration for over 8 years. Owner thinks the site needs a makeover and more modern look... cross your fingers as I keep Americart working on the other satellite sales domains for Holdup Suspender Company."
